    Conveyancing and land transactions, real estate, foreign Investment Contracts and joint Ventures, Debt Collection, Reconstructions, Acquisitions and Disposal of Companies and other business, Privatization, Corporate and Income Taxation, V.A.T., Customs & Excise, Company Regulatory and Compliance (Secretarial and Share Registry) matters factoring, leasing, project financing management and Commercial Contracts, trademarks, patents and other aspects of intellectual Property Protection, establishment of business including insurance companies and export processing zones.

  3. General Practice:

    All aspects of commercial legal practice, conveyancing and real estate ,mining and prospecting, Quarrying, rights, immigration, trusts, wills, probate and Administration of estates, tax planning and establishment and registration of pension and provident funds.
    Our clientele at the moment is drawn mainly from private sector business, individuals and a few multinational Corporations operating within Kisumu and other Western Towns.
